Sunday offers three (3) queen bedrooms. Our base rate includes two (2) bedrooms for up to four (4) guests, with the third bedroom automatically unlocked when booking for five (5) or more guests.

Our base rate is for four (4) guests across two (2) bedrooms. Should you wish to sleep four (4) guests across all three (3) bedrooms, simply book and pay for five (5) guests or more to have this bedroom available. This third bedroom is locked if not booked and paid for.

Self-check in is strictly from 3PM – 8PM and check out is 10am. Late check out can be organised well in advance if we don’t have guests checking in that same day and for a small cost.

Our farmhouse, Sunday, onsite parking on the driveway and exclusive use of the farm around the house. Note the farm shed and Bubbletents & Tiny Bubble Tent are not included in this stay.

Yes – we have free high speed Starlink satellite internet that is available for your stay. The password is in our guest book and is case sensitive. Please do not ever turn off the WIFI router.

We no longer accept pets for new bookings as of June 2025 however will always accept service animals.

We provide a selection of complimentary kitchen basics including oil, salt, pepper, tea, herbal tea, coffee and a small range of breakfast cereals for your convenience. These are intended as a light starter rather than full provisioning, as this is a self-catering stay. We’re always happy to recommend local cafés and restaurants for anything more substantial or special (bookings are essential). As we operate on off-grid water, we also ask that water is used thoughtfully, as levels are monitored to ensure there is enough for your stay.

No - the entire farm is non-smoking and non-vaping inside and outside.

This is a self-catering stay, including your firewood. During Autumn and Winter we provide a small starter supply of wood, kindling and fire starters for both the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit, along with internal heating in the farmhouse. This is not an unlimited provision, so if you’d like to enjoy extended fires, additional firewood can be purchased locally from recommended suppliers.

Yes - the entire house now offers air-conditioning and heating.

We have one bathroom inside - shower and hand basin, one separate toilet and provide a free standing bath in our outdoor bath house.

Yes - we have guests that combine a stay in our farmhouse and also glamp in our Bubbletents. Speak to us about availability, pricing and minimum stay requirements.
