Shoppers shouldn’t miss Ruben & Flax for lovely quality homewares, The Corner for fashion and gifts and the Make It collective in Rouse Street for a great selection of local art, crafts and traditional home made jams, honey and preserves. Some of the artists here specialise in sustainable craft – repurposing, reusing, recycling and repairing everyday items to live again.

Local gallery My Notes From is also home to the beautifully handcrafted Peakvue pottery from local artisan Kylie Heidrich. Kylie is famous for her hand-coiled pots, oil burners and beautiful Christmas decorations.
